Next Session: 5th October, 7:15pm Upcoming Theme: Relaxation Get comfortable and listen to the relaxing sound of Crystal bowls. Use this time to help you unwind from the day and help your body remove toxins and heal. Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, pain and autism. This is a 30 minute session done online via Zoom. A high quality audio will be played with a different theme each class.
